Common questions
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password? We'll email you a code. Enter the code and choose a new password.
I didn't get my code.
Check your spam or junk folder. Codes can take a minute to arrive. You can tap Resend code after 60 seconds.
How do I change my streaming services?
Open the Services tab and tap a service to add or remove it. Recommendations and your library update to match.
How do I get better recommendations?
Rate titles you've seen: open any title and tap the stars. The more you rate, the better your recommendations get. Tap Not for me to stop seeing a title and others like it. Movies and shows are personalized separately.
A title says it's on a service, but I can't find it there.
Streaming availability comes from JustWatch through TMDB and is refreshed weekly, so a title that just left a service can still show for a few days. To get the newest catalog, go to Profile → Refresh catalog.
Can I see titles that aren't on my services?
Yes. Search in the Library tab. Titles on other services appear under Not on your services, with where they stream or can be rented or bought.
Will my ratings and lists show on my other devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account and everything syncs. Profile shows All changes synced when your changes are saved. Changes made offline sync the next time you're connected.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account along with your ratings, lists and service choices. It can't be undone.
